We’re looking for a Threat Intelligence Advisor to join our Client team. You will work closely with customers from the moment they reach the onboarding stage. You will develop an understanding of their intelligence requirements, PIRs, and goals, and work with them to enhance their defensive capabilities by ensuring they are getting the most out of Feedly for Threat Intelligence.

You’ll have the opportunity to help reinvent OSINT research using AI and be part of a new scale-up phase of Feedly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term and personal relationships with customers through regular and proactive meetings and interactions
• Ensure customer awareness, engagement, adoption and deep understanding of Feedly features in order for customers to achieve success
• Gain a complete understanding of Feedly’s role in customers’ operations
• Work closely with customers and the product team to translate customer needs into product features and enhancements
• Collaborate with our marketing, development and customer support teams
• Turn our customers into advocates
• Produce and maintain the toolkit (tutorials, guides) we use to educate our customers

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• You have 2+ years of work experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber automation, security analyst, or other security related role
• Solid understanding of CTI operations and a strong technical background. While experience in most of the areas listed below is ideal, we’re open to candidates who bring deep expertise in at least 2-3 of these areas and are eager to grow into others:
  • Experience working with CTI, vulnerability management, or SOC teams, understanding their workflows and priorities.
  • familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, or Cyber Kill Chain, and the ability to apply them to real-world cybersecurity scenarios.
  • Expertise in identifying, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities using CVE, CVSS, and EPSS frameworks.
  • Familiarity with IOCs (Indicators of Compromise) and experience in identifying, analyzing, and remediating them within a SOC or similar environment to respond to active threats.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical findings and insights clearly to cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging cyber threats, including adversary TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures), with experience prioritizing and addressing these threats in customer environments and recommending appropriate mitigations.
